Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Hartford, CT)

Stonegate Lantern Property Management Partners is a Hartford property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our work orders and vendors. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on resident events and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
