Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Grand Rapids, MI)

Lumen Quill Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Grand Rapids, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our work orders and vendors. You would join a small organisation of about 131 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Track spending on event logistics and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
