Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (El Paso, TX)

Foxglove Juniper Facilities Group cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around El Paso. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on work orders and vendors. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Track spending on supply orders and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
