Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Ember Housing and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be work orders and vendors. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on repair requests and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
