Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (El Paso, TX)

Redstone Rook Housing provides affordable homes and support services around El Paso, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our work orders and vendors. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on resident services and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
