Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (El Paso, TX)

Cedar Sable Housing Group is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on work orders and vendors for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 74 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on waiting lists and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
