Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Detroit, MI)

Harborlight Wren Facilities looks after properties across the Detroit region. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on work orders and vendors. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on contractor visits and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
