Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Des Moines, IA)

Harborlight Rook Property Management looks after rental homes across the Des Moines area. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on work orders and vendors. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on vendor invoices and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
