Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Des Moines, IA)

Harborlight Quarry Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Des Moines presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on work orders and vendors. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on volunteer programmes and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
