Lumen Lakeside Arts Center is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on work orders and vendors for exhibitions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on exhibitions and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
