Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Denver, CO)

Foxglove Meadow Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Denver, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our work orders and vendors. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Track spending on rent assistance and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
