Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Denver, CO)

Ironwood Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Denver area, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our work orders and vendors. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Denver. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on maintenance requests and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
