Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Columbus, OH)

Lumen Vista Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Columbus, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our work orders and vendors. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on resident services and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
