Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Cleveland, OH)

Lumen Pine Housing manages affordable housing communities across Cleveland, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our work orders and vendors. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Track spending on maintenance stores and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
