Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Chicago, IL)

Greenridge Hollow Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Chicago presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our work orders and vendors. You would join a small organisation of about 70 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Track spending on event logistics and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
