Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Ashton Hospitality and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be work orders and vendors. You would join a small organisation of about 116 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on guest bookings and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
