Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Field Housing and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be work orders and vendors. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on resident services and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
