Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Charlotte, NC)

Stonegate Mill Arts Center Group is a cultural organisation in Charlotte presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on work orders and vendors. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on exhibitions and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
