Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Charleston, SC)

Cedar Clear Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Charleston. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on work orders and vendors. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on group events and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
