Greenridge Umber Facilities Group is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on work orders and vendors for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 104 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on customer sites and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification.
