Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Buffalo, NY)

Stonegate Umber Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Buffalo. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on work orders and vendors. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on group events and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
