Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Boston, MA)

Silverline Cedar Facilities Group is a facilities company in Boston with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on work orders and vendors. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Track spending on work orders and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
