Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Boise, ID)

Harborlight Kestrel Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Boise. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on work orders and vendors. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Boise. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on resident services and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
