Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Boise, ID)

Silverline Kestrel Property Management looks after rental homes across the Boise area, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our work orders and vendors. You would join a small organisation of about 136 people based in Boise. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on vendor invoices and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
