Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Boise, ID)

Redstone Loom Housing manages affordable housing communities across Boise, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our work orders and vendors. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Boise. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on repair requests and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
