Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Boise, ID)

Harborlight Stone Arts Center is an arts centre in Boise with a full calendar of events, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our work orders and vendors. You would join a large organisation of about 853 people based in Boise. What you will do • Track spending on ticketing and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
