Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Boise, ID)

Lumen Ivory Hospitality is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on work orders and vendors for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Boise. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on guest bookings and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification.
