Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Birmingham, AL)

Northwind Ivory Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Birmingham. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on work orders and vendors. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on food costs and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
