Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Yarrow Hospitality Partners and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be work orders and vendors. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on guest bookings and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
