Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Birmingham, AL)

Silverline Oak Hospitality is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on work orders and vendors for supplier orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on supplier orders and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
