Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Baltimore, MD)

Foxglove Sparrow Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Baltimore. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on work orders and vendors. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on guest bookings and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
