Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Glen Facilities and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be work orders and vendors. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Austin. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on customer sites and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
