Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Austin, TX)

Silverline Maple Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Austin, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our work orders and vendors. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on resident services and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
