Highbridge Vista Housing is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on work orders and vendors for rent assistance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Track spending on rent assistance and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification.
