Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Austin, TX)

Lumen Ivory Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the Austin area. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on work orders and vendors. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Track spending on supplier orders and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
