Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Austin, TX)

Foxglove Linden Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Austin, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our work orders and vendors. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Austin. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on group events and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
