Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Lakeside Arts Center and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be work orders and vendors. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on ticketing and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
