Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Atlanta, GA)

Rivermark Nest Housing is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on work orders and vendors for repair requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on repair requests and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
