Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Atlanta, GA)

Bright Rook Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Atlanta. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on work orders and vendors. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Track spending on repair requests and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
