Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Atlanta, GA)

Nova Fern Facilities is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on work orders and vendors for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on work orders and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
