Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Anchorage, AK)

Fernwood Quill Facilities Partners is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on work orders and vendors for supply orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 185 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on supply orders and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
