Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Anchorage, AK)

Amberfield Ridge Property Management Group manages apartment communities around Anchorage, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our work orders and vendors. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on unit turnovers and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
