Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Anchorage, AK)

Bluepeak Hollow Arts Center Group is an arts centre in Anchorage with a full calendar of events, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our work orders and vendors. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track spending on visitor services and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
