Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Anchorage, AK)

Silverline Maple Housing Group is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on work orders and vendors for rent assistance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 152 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on rent assistance and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
