Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Nova Harbor Hospitality and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be work orders and vendors. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on food costs and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
