Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Ashton Facilities and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be work orders and vendors. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Track spending on safety inspections and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
