Facilities Coordinator - work orders and vendors (Albuquerque, NM)

Silverline Nest Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Albuquerque, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our work orders and vendors. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on maintenance stores and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
