Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Wichita, KS)

Fernwood Basin Facilities Group looks after properties across the Wichita region. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on supply orders and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
