Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Wichita, KS)

Amberfield Bridge Arts Center is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on space and moves for visitor services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 170 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on visitor services and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
