Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Wichita, KS)

Amberfield Basin Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Wichita area, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on housekeeping schedules and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
